Description

You will manage and maintain PostgreSQL servers within a Linux environment, ensuring high availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Postgres servers on Linux operating systems.
• Collaborate with technical architects to contribute to solution design from infrastructure and deployment perspectives.
• Develop custom command scripts from scratch and enforce database script deployment standards.
• Support the development team with software release migrations and deployment integration.
• Manage RDBMS tasks including tuning, configuration, sizing, clustering, and problem resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS concepts.
• Expertise in database tuning and configuration.
• Experience with database sizing and clustering.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Ability to write custom command scripts.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
