Description

You will manage PostgreSQL environments and lead database migration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Tune query performance to resolve system bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and fix performance-related issues.
• Execute database migrations from Oracle to GCP CloudSQL for PostgreSQL.
• Perform data copies from on-premises environments to GCP CloudSQL.
• Configure Change Data Capture (CDC) for primary schemas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration or development.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in Query Performance Tuning.
• Experience with GCP CloudSQL.
• Hands-on experience migrating databases from Oracle to CloudSQL.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with on-premises to cloud data migration.
• Experience with CDC configuration.
