Description

You will manage and optimize PostgreSQL database environments and develop complex database logic.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage PostgreSQL database clusters and ensure data integrity through replication, backup, and restore strategies.
• Write custom functions, stored procedures, and triggers to implement complex database logic.
• Perform performance tuning on select statements, managing indexing and constraints for optimal speed.
• Execute data import, export, and configuration management tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PostgreSQL development and administration.
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL data types, functions, and operators.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data Definition Language (DDL).
• Experience with JSON data types.
• Hands-on knowledge of table partitioning and inheritance.
• Expertise in managing Views and Materialized Views.
• Practical experience with database security and configuration management.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
