Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, prototyping, and technical documentation for D365 and Power Platform projects.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for all D365 development efforts and issue resolution.
• Design and implement solutions using model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Define and refine governance approaches while adhering to VITAs standards and Commonwealth IT policies.
• Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Extensive experience with model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, or Sales modules.
• Proven experience working within a Microsoft GCC tenant.
• Expertise in solution management involving managed/unmanaged solutions, environment variables, and reusable components.
• Proficiency with custom connectors, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of role-based security configuration in Power Platform and D365.
• Experience with data migration tools and DevOps tools including Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Working knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia IT policies, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.

Preferred Skills

• Prior work experience with Virginia state agencies.
