Description

You will architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions integrating Copilot, Power Automate, and Power Apps with external systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions integrating Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and external systems.
• Build approval management agents that trigger notifications and in-line actions via Teams or Outlook.
• Design and deploy Power Virtual Agents and Copilot experiences to enhance enterprise workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, POCs, and scalable solutions.
• Implement governance, security, and reusability standards across all Power Platform assets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process automation, RPA, or chatbot frameworks.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse).
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and prompt orchestration.
• Proficiency in adaptive cards, JSON, and Microsoft Teams integration.
• Strong understanding of Copilot and AI Builder capabilities within the Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, specifically Teams and Outlook workflows.
• Knowledge of Power Platform security models, environments, and data policies.
• Experience building agent workflows for productivity or operations.
• Understanding of DevOps for Power Platform, including ALM and GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with external systems like Oracle, SAP, and ServiceNow.
