Define governance frameworks and standards for the Power Platform to support citizen developers across business units.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Establish a Center of Excellence for the Power Platform.
• Create governance frameworks, guardrails, and best practices for low-code development.
• Guide citizen developers in building applications across multiple business units.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders to align technical strategy.

Required Skills

• Deep technical expertise in Power Apps and the Power Platform.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software or platform architecture.
• Strong communication skills to drive adoption and governance among non-technical users.
• Ability to design scalable governance structures for decentralized development.

Preferred Skills

• BFSI domain knowledge.
