Description

Lead advanced development and process improvements within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, Power Query, Dataflows, and Power BI.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to software engineering best practices.
• Design applications using software engineering principles and document deployment steps for DevOps teams.
• Estimate work, provide accurate timelines, and communicate design ideas or root causes of production issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience developing solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataflows, Power BI).
• 8+ years of experience customizing Dynamics 365 applications using JavaScript, plug-ins, and custom PCF controls.
• 8+ years of experience with JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks, JSON, and RESTful services.
• 8+ years of experience with C#.Net and data integration.
• 8+ years of experience implementing security and governance in the Power Platform.
• 8+ years of experience with Git for code branching, merging, and version control.
• 8+ years of experience estimating work with accurate timelines and resource requirements.
• Proven experience developing Power BI reports and working with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and Customer Insights.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.
