Own Power Platform application development, governance, and Center of Excellence operations to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable tenant management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build model-driven apps, manage Dataverse, and migrate legacy InfoPath and Nintex solutions to Power Automate.
• Define and enforce environment strategies across Dev, Test, and Prod environments aligned with security requirements.
• Implement and optimize Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and tenant settings via the Power Platform Admin Center.
• Deploy and maintain the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit for inventory, analytics, and lifecycle management.
• Establish ALM standards including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated governance guardrails.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development or platform consulting.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse.
• Proven track record migrating InfoPath forms and Nintex workflows to Power Automate.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Defender for Cloud Apps for compliance.
• Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and audit readiness documentation.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Ability to define and enforce Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing orphaned resources and remediating governance violations using CoE insights.
• Familiarity with standardized templates and solution patterns for enterprise adoption.
