Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, combined with a solid background in C#/.NET, Azure integrations, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

You will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, deploying, and supporting scalable business solutions using Microsoft technologies. The role requires someone who can bridge both technical and functional requirements, work closely with stakeholders, and contribute effectively within an agile and rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:
Canvas Apps
Model-Driven Apps
Custom Pages
Power Pages
Dataverse
Develop robust and scalable applications using C# and .NET Framework.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
Azure Functions
Azure Logic Apps
REST APIs/services
CRM applications
Design and implement solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
Work with Dataverse/Common Data Service (CDS) for data management and application development.
Develop and maintain solutions involving MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
Write and maintain unit tests to ensure application quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and configuration.
Participate in application deployment, hosting, CI/CD, and DevOps activities.
Follow Agile/iterative software development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, development, testing, and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and customers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Champion technical and functional solutions across the full development lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to adopt new Power Platform capabilities, Microsoft technologies, and development practices.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Manage and contribute to multiple initiatives and implementations simultaneously.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and contribute within a rapid-innovation environment.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing processes and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of overall experience working with Microsoft technologies.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Power Apps – Canvas Apps
Model-Driven Apps
Custom Pages
Power Pages
Dataverse
Strong development experience with C# and .NET Framework.
Experience with Common Data Service (CDS)/Dataverse.
Strong experience integrating Power Platform with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, REST services, and CRM applications.
Experience working in Agile/iterative software development teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a DevOps-oriented delivery environment.
Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience with MongoDB.
Experience with application deployment and hosting.
Strong understanding of software development, testing, integration, and deployment practices.
Ability to develop clean, reusable, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Power Platform Developer with strong Microsoft development expertise, capable of working across low-code and traditional development environments.

You should be comfortable building Power Platform applications while also working with C#/.NET, Azure, REST APIs, Dataverse, MongoDB, Terraform, and DevOps practices. Strong communication, analytical thinking, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives are essential for success in this role
