Key Responsibilities  Migration o Assess existing Power Apps, legacy forms, and customizations; create migration plans and runbooks. o Rebuild or refactor canvas and model-driven apps to align with platform best practices and governance. o Migrate data sources, Common Data Service Dataverse schemas, and connector configurations to target environments. o Validate migrated apps for functional parity, data integrity, and performance; document migration decisions.  Development o Design and develop responsive canvas apps and model-driven apps using Power Apps. o Implement business logic with Power Automate flows, Dataverse business rules, and client-side formulas. o Build reusable components, component libraries, and solution-aware architectures. o Integrate apps with external systems via connectors, custom connectors, and APIs. Power Apps Developer  Integration and Collaboration o Work with Power BI developers to embed reports, pass context, and ensure consistent data definitions. o Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define data models and security. o Support citizen developers by providing templates, governance guardrails, and hands-on coaching.  Governance and Support o Apply environment strategy, solution management, ALM practices, and deployment pipelines for Power Platform. o Implement role-based access, Dataverse security models, and compliance controls. o Troubleshoot production issues, monitor app usage, and iterate on performance and UX improvements.
