Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale case management application on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and BAs to analyze requirements, define architecture, and produce project plans.
• Build Dynamics CE functionality iteratively, ensuring full unit and integration test coverage.
• Integrate external systems using Azure Logic Apps and manage data migration.
• Configure, administer, and train users on Dynamics CE, including security and production support.
• Implement AI Builder and CoPilot features and support release deployments via CI/CD.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience building web applications.
• Proven experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Plugins, AI Builder, and CoPilot architecture and design.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps for system integration.
• Experience with iterative agile development practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
