Description

You will design, develop, and deploy applications within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystems to automate Enterprise Risk Management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Canvas and Model-driven applications to streamline business processes and meet stakeholder requirements.
• Design and implement complex workflows using Power Automate for notifications, approvals, and reviews.
• Build interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize data from multiple sources.
• Manage application security, including environment roles, resource permissions, and Data Loss Prevention policies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance and scalability, and document design specifications and user guides.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of professional experience in Microsoft Power Apps development.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience building integrations with SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Forms.
• Strong command of SQL and relational database management.
• Ability to write logic expressions using Power FX.
• Experience with Dataverse and environment management, including activity logging and admin analytics.
• Knowledge of app performance optimization and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with data import/export workflows using MS Power Suite tools.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Power Apps Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Experience with Azure Services, custom connectors, APIs, and JavaScript for advanced customization.
• Background in banking or risk management functions, such as risk inventory and aggregation.
