Description

You will design and build enterprise-grade Power Apps, automate business processes with Power Automate, and develop SharePoint Online intranet solutions. You own the full lifecycle from requirement translation to deployment and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps for enterprise use cases, including custom forms integrated with SharePoint.
• Build and optimize Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, and data synchronization with robust error handling.
• Design and customize SharePoint Online sites, pages, and web parts, managing content types, metadata, and governance.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook) and external systems via REST APIs and custom connectors.
• Implement governance, security, and RBAC policies while supporting UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development or enterprise solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate (cloud flows, triggers, connectors).
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online modern experience, including site customization, web parts, and list/library management.
• Proficiency with Dataverse and SharePoint lists as primary data sources.
• Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, JSON, and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, solution packaging, and deployment strategies.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem services and enterprise security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments, particularly Financial Services.
• Proven track record supporting corporate functions like HR, Legal, and Audit platforms.
