Job Description

Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst with strong experience in Power Automate and advanced Copilot usage to support automation initiatives across multiple departments. This individual will serve as supplemental staff for a team that has a solid understanding of the tools but currently lacks the bandwidth to execute on key projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Create and maintain workflows in Power Automate
• Use Copilot for advanced business and process support
• Interact with files and support automation involving file-based processes
• Meet with various departments to identify and target automation opportunities
• Document SLPs/SOPs and related process documentation
• Provide documentation and training support around Copilot usage
• Help ensure the team has clear training and process materials for long-term adoption

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience creating flows in Power Automate
• Advanced experience using Copilot
• Experience with requirements gathering and process documentation
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
• Experience identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions

Day-to-Day

• Collecting requirements from stakeholders
• Building automations in Power Automate
• Documenting SLPs/SOPs
• Supporting training and documentation efforts for Copilot and automation initiatives
