Description

You will design, build, and maintain enterprise automation and Agentic AI solutions on the Microsoft platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, chatbots, and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Implement intelligent document processing (IDP) and leverage LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning to enhance automation capabilities.
• Deploy solutions to production environments and manage seamless integration with existing systems via APIs and web services.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for all automation workflows.
• Develop robust error handling, exception management mechanisms, and technical documentation for automation architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation design and architecture using low-code/no-code platforms and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including connectors, custom actions, and complex workflow design.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Copilot Agents, including conversational design, intent handling, and dialog management.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI Builder, NLU, sentiment analysis, and language generation within automation processes.
• Knowledge of security and ethical AI considerations, including data privacy and bias mitigation.
• Ability to perform testing and optimization through A/B testing and user feedback analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and architecting automation solutions specifically for the healthcare industry.
• Certifications in automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting languages.
