Description

You will design and lead the implementation of end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and cloud flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design solution architectures aligned with business goals and enterprise IT standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable PAD workflows through collaboration with stakeholders and analysts.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and guide the team in implementing optimized automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience in Power Platform and 3+ years of hands-on PAD experience.
• Mandatory Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert PL-600 or equivalent.
• Expertise in developing complex desktop automation solutions and RPA design patterns.
• Experience architecting automation frameworks and reusable components.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, VBScript, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and version control tools.
• Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate PL-500.
• Experience with AI Builder, Copilot, or AI-enhanced Power Platform capabilities.
• Knowledge of Azure, enterprise integration patterns, or migration projects from Blue Prism to PAD.
