You will design, develop, and implement complex Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Customize connectors, triggers, actions, and conditions for integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
• Troubleshoot existing workflows, resolve issues, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure seamless integration of workflows with third-party systems and Microsoft 365 applications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Power Automate.
• Deep understanding and hands-on expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing complex Power Automate workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
• Experience integrating workflows with SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 application integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers and leading automation initiatives.
