What you'll do in this role

Key Responsibilities

• Designed target architecture using Microsoft Power Automate aligned with enterprise standards and Microsoft ecosystem best practices
• Translated Nintex workflows into Power Automate cloud flows, ensuring full functional equivalence and improved maintainability
• Developed and configured integrations using standard and custom connectors, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services
• Executed end-to-end workflow migration and redevelopment, optimizing performance and scalability
• Led testing and validation activities, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) support
• Ensured minimal business disruption by planning phased migrations, deployment strategies, and rollback mechanisms
• Troubleshot and resolved technical issues during migration and post-deployment phases
• Developed comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, workflow specifications, and deployment guides
• Delivered knowledge transfer sessions to client teams, enabling smooth adoption and ongoing support

Your skills and experience

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in development.
• 3+ years of Power Automate development (Cloud Flows).
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Postman, JSON/XML, authentication methods, and token-based access.
• Good understanding of Power Platform environment management, connections, gateways, and solution packaging.
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with leads, architects, and SMEs.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams
• Day-to-day reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400 / PL-500).
• Experience with Azure AD, Key Vault, Logic Apps, SQL, or C#/VB scripting.
• Exposure to automation CoE standards and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices
