Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
•       Administer and support the Power BI platform, including Service, Premium Capacity, workspaces, datasets, and reports.
•       Manage and maintain Power BI Gateways for secure and reliable data connectivity.
•       Monitor platform health, capacity, refresh schedules, and performance to ensure high availability.
•       Manage user access, permissions, security groups, and implement RLS/security controls.
•       Strong Health Care Domain knowledge.
•       Should have a strong knowledge in Supply Chain Business
•       Having SAP BW knowledge is a Must
•       Should have hands on knowledge in Snowflake
•       Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
•       Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, refresh failures, gateway incidents, and performance bottlenecks.
•       Provide L2/L3 operational support and collaborate with Microsoft and infrastructure teams on critical issues.
•       Optimize datasets, data models, DAX queries, and report performance.
•       Establish and enforce Power BI governance, standards, and best practices.
•       Conduct access reviews, audits, capacity planning, and environment health checks.
•       Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps, Deployment Pipelines, and Power BI REST APIs.
•       Automate administrative and monitoring tasks using PowerShell and Power BI APIs.
•       Generate platform usage, capacity, SLA, and governance metrics and reports
