Manage the Power BI environment, ensuring platform stability, security, and efficient data delivery for business users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and technical troubleshooting for the Power BI platform.
• Administer data sources, including connection management, data modeling, and refresh schedules.
• Enforce security policies and access controls across the Power BI environment.
• Monitor report and dataset performance to identify and implement optimization improvements.
• Develop training documentation and technical specifications to support user adoption and handle incident, change, and problem management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or Power BI administration.
• In-depth knowledge of RDBMS systems and SQL.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Power BI scripts.
• Proficiency in using DAX queries and functions.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards, charts, and visual reports.
• Ability to design data models that convert raw data into technical specifications.
• Experience with Azure and AWS environments.
• Strong analytical skills for managing escalation and risk.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Tableau.
• Advanced skills in data manipulation languages.
