Description

You will manage and administer the Power BI ecosystem, ensuring secure, performant data delivery across the organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer Power BI Service and Desktop, including workspace management and governance.
• Configure and maintain On-premises Data Gateways for secure data connectivity.
• Implement Azure Active Directory security controls, including Row-Level (RLS) and Object-Level (OLS) security.
• Optimize data models and DAX calculations for performance and scalability.
• Manage data integration pipelines using Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Data Lake.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in BI technologies with a strong focus on Power BI administration.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Premium and Microsoft Fabric.
• Expertise in DAX, data modeling, and query performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Snowflake databases.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and REST API integration.
• Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem, including Synapse and Data Factory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
