Description

You will manage the Power BI environment and drive the business intelligence strategy and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Power BI self-service governance processes and scalable data pipelines.
• Create administration dashboards to monitor capacity usage by departments.
• Lead a team of business intelligence engineers in designing and delivering interactive dashboards.
• Empower the analyst community through governance guidance, training, and Center of Excellence content development.
• Design, build, and optimize data models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence or data administration.
• Hands-on experience as a Fabric Administrator.
• Expertise in Power BI development and administration.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and governance frameworks.
• Ability to design non-standard BI solutions for complex business challenges.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and AI agents to enhance analytics and automation.
• Experience providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to direct reports and cross-functional teams.
