Description

You will lead the migration of all reporting processes to Power BI, building models and dashboards from Bullhorn, Open API, and ERP data.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of all reporting to Power BI.
• Develop and maintain Power BI models, dashboards, and reports.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
• Analyze financial data and use pivot tables to drive commission payouts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data modeling and visualization.
• Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries and data manipulation.
• Experience performing financial data analysis and commission calculations.
• Ability to work with Bullhorn, Open API, or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working with Bullhorn or Open API integrations.
