What’s the Job?

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Develop DAX measures and use Power Query and SQL to transform and validate data.
• Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and define reporting metrics.
• Reconcile data across ERP, CRM, manufacturing, finance, and operational systems.
• Troubleshoot report performance, refresh, access, and data-quality issues.
• Support Power BI security, documentation, governance, and user adoption.

What’s Needed?

• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Strong Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data-modeling skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business users.
• Ability to validate data and explain discrepancies clearly.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
