Description

You will develop actionable insights and reports to support clinical, financial, and operational goals using healthcare utilization and financial data.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reports using healthcare information sources to measure care model outcomes.
• Analyze clinical and operational data from EHR, pharmacy point of sale, and population health management systems.
• Interpret data from health plan payer sources to respond to critical business needs.
• Build data models and perform data mining to drive business decisions.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of healthcare data interpretation, analysis, and reporting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI or Power Query.
• Technical knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, querying, and data warehouses.
• Experience building data models and using data to drive business outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft BI stack including SSMS, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Clinical background with eClinicalWorks EHR or pharmacy point of sale systems.
• Experience with Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or 340b pharmacy programs.
