Description

You will build, optimize, and maintain Power BI solutions, focusing on semantic models, Dataflow Gen2, and automated refreshes via REST APIs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Power BI solutions using the Power BI Service.
• Build and optimize semantic models and Dataflows (Gen2) for efficient analytics.
• Automate daily refresh schedules by leveraging Power BI REST APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI Service and advanced semantic modeling.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M language).
• Hands-on experience with Dataflow Gen2.
• Proven ability to integrate and automate solutions using REST APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Data Governance and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Data Services and cloud-based data architectures.
• Familiarity with Databricks.
