Description

You will manage front-end and back-end development for data analytics applications using Microsoft Power BI and Azure Data Factory.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse schemas using Azure Synapse SQL dedicated pools.
• Build data pipelines in Azure Data Factory to extract data from databases, APIs, and flat files.
• Write complex T-SQL stored procedures to manipulate and extract data.
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics development with a programming background.
• Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and data cleansing.
• Proficiency in Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory.
• Strong T-SQL skills for complex data manipulation.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling, star schema, and slowly changing dimensions.
• Experience with change data capture and denormalization concepts.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, R, or Java.
• Experience maintaining code in Git and utilizing deployment pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with healthcare data.
