Description

You will own the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise BI solutions using Power BI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Power BI architecture, including dataflows, datasets, reports, workspaces, and gateways.
• Design semantic models and star schemas optimized for self-service BI performance.
• Lead the design and development of interactive dashboards, translating KPIs into intuitive visualizations.
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements, define the reporting roadmap, and mentor analysts.
• Enforce Power BI development standards, version control, and deployment processes across environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in BI architecture and development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M).
• Solid experience with dimensional modeling and performance tuning.
• Expert SQL skills with working experience in SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Architectural experience designing enterprise BI systems across Dev/UAT/Prod environments.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (Kimball/Inmon, star/snowflake schemas).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud data platforms, specifically Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Lake, or Fabric.
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace security models.
