Description

You will own the end-to-end Power BI architecture and design enterprise-grade BI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Power BI architecture, including dataflows, datasets, reports, and workspaces.
• Design semantic models and star schemas optimized for performance and self-service BI.
• Lead the development of interactive dashboards, translating KPIs into intuitive visualizations.
• Establish and enforce governance, security (RLS), and deployment standards across BI content.
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and prioritize the BI roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI architecture and development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Advanced skills in DAX and Power Query (M).
• Solid experience with dimensional modeling and performance tuning.
• Strong SQL skills with working experience in SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace security models.
• Experience designing enterprise BI architectures across Dev/Test/Prod environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for Power BI, such as using Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Python for advanced analytics.
