Description

You will design and architect enterprise Power BI solutions within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, leading the migration from SSRS and establishing cloud foundations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and finalize the Power BI cloud architecture and enterprise foundations.
• Lead the migration of reporting workloads from SSRS to Power BI.
• Implement and manage dedicated Power BI capacity on Microsoft Fabric.
• Set up OneLake and govern data architecture standards.
• Collaborate with cloud and platform teams on security and governance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in data architecture or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake implementation.
• Expertise in Power BI development and data modeling.
• Experience managing dedicated Power BI capacity on Fabric.
• Proficiency in SSRS migration processes and legacy report modernization.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services.
• Experience with Power BI Copilot capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of enterprise data governance frameworks.
