Description

Lead technical implementations and manage stakeholder relationships for long-term client projects while executing hands-on work across the data and reporting stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage client project owners and key business stakeholders to align technical delivery with business needs.
• Lead and manage offshore developer resources to ensure project timelines are met.
• Oversee end-to-end data engineering and visualization workflows.
• Execute hands-on technical work across the data and reporting stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data architecture or engineering roles.
• Expertise in Power BI and the Power Platform.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow for orchestration.
• Working knowledge of SAP environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Minneapolis, MN.
• Any graduate degree.
