Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise BI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, including data models, DAX, and reports.
• Lead BI modernization initiatives, specifically migrating from QlikView to Power BI.
• Define BI development standards, governance practices, and reusable templates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document complex analytics requirements.
• Partner with data engineering teams on data pipelines, ETL processes, and source integrations.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in Power BI, including expert-level DAX, data modelling, and dashboard design.
• Strong experience in QlikView development, including scripting, UI, and data modelling.
• Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with Azure Services.
• Experience with Power BI Service, Power BI Gateway, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Data Pipelines and ETL Processes.
• Proven success in solution architecture and stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, or ADF.
• Exposure to Power Automate and integration with the Power Platform.
