Description

You will architect and govern the organization's Power BI environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the overall Power BI governance strategy, framework, and best practices.
• Design the end-to-end security architecture, including data classification, access control, and threat protection.
• Architect security models including Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and workspace-level permissions.
• Set up the Power BI Admin Portal, configure tenant settings, and define monitoring practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience focused on Business Intelligence (BI).
• Deep experience with Power BI Administration and Governance.
• Proficiency in Power BI Development, including Desktop, Modes, and DAX.
• Strong exposure to RDBMS and SQL.
• Experience implementing data security measures.
• Familiarity with Power BI Admin capabilities.
• Experience with data modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Databricks.
