Description

You will architect and deliver advanced Power BI solutions, leading technical teams through migration from Business Objects WEBI and Crystal Reports. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through migration, ensuring adherence to standards and timelines.
• Gather requirements with business users, analysts, and IT teams to ensure alignment.
• Convert Business Objects WEBI and Crystal reports logic and visualizations into Power BI equivalents.
• Implement automated refresh schedules, deploy report pipelines, and optimize reports for speed and scalability.
• Validate migrated reports for accuracy, functionality, and compliance, while implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture roles.
• Expert proficiency with Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Data Warehouse environments.
• Experience integrating Power BI with various Cloud Platforms.
• Ability to design and implement RLS and manage user permissions.
• Experience migrating reporting from Business Objects WEBI and Crystal Reports.
• Familiarity with data governance principles.
