Description

You will lead the technical migration from Tableau and SSRS to Power BI while designing scalable business intelligence architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute migration strategies from Tableau and SSRS to Power BI, covering data source connections, visualization migration, and testing.
• Design and implement scalable Power BI architectures and manage data connections to ensure integrity across sources.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports that meet specific business requirements and user goals.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and provide end-user training to drive adoption.
• Maintain detailed documentation regarding migration processes, architecture, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Proven experience migrating legacy systems from Tableau and SSRS to Power BI.
• Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence and data analytics, with at least 2 years specifically in Tableau to Power BI migrations.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, SSRS, Python, and R.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience managing BI projects through planning, execution, and delivery phases.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex datasets.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Power BI or other BI tools.
