Description

Lead the technical migration from Tableau and SSRS to Power BI while designing scalable business intelligence architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute migration strategies for data sources, visualizations, and testing.
• Design and implement scalable Power BI architectures with robust data connections.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports aligned with specific business requirements.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and provide end-user training.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Proven experience migrating legacy systems from Tableau and SSRS to Power BI.
• Minimum 5 years in business intelligence and data analytics.
• At least 2 years specifically in Tableau to Power BI migrations.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, SSRS, Python, and R.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience managing BI projects through planning, execution, and delivery phases.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Power BI or other BI tools.
