Description

Design and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions and reporting models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Analysis Services reporting and Tabular models using Azure Analysis Services.
• Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop.
• Design data models, establish relationships, and write complex DAX calculations.
• Implement data-level and object-level security protocols.
• Manage Power BI capacity estimation, planning, user administration, and self-service BI models.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in BI and software development roles.
• 5+ years of experience architecting solutions specifically using Power BI.
• Expertise in Power BI development, administration, and DAX.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Analysis Services and Tabular models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-hosted Power BI.
• Experience resolving complex model issues regarding loops and hierarchies.
• Ability to evaluate data load options and suggest optimal integration paths.
• Experience with API automation and SaaS-based embedded analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing custom visuals for Power BI.
