Description

Lead the end-to-end selection and implementation of a new ERP and HRIS system while managing the transition of IT infrastructure and user support from the current managed service provider.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to guide ERP/HRIS system selection, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, and final decision-making.
• Oversee the full implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, UAT, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Manage the transition from the current MSP, taking ownership of network, systems, and end-user support operations.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps, document workflows, and drive automation and reporting improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, ensure security and compliance standards, and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with ERP, HRIS, or financial systems.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end ERP system selection and implementation.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, SQL, data mapping, and system interfaces.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure.
• Skilled in process modeling, system configuration, and testing (UAT).
• Ability to manage infrastructure operations and serve as an escalation point for desktop, server, and network issues.

Preferred Skills

• Construction industry experience with knowledge of Schedule of Values.
• Experience with Sage 100, Vista View, or similar ERP systems.
