Description

Lead the architecture and implementation of end-to-end Power BI solutions, establishing governance and best practices for the organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Power BI solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Establish and lead a Center of Excellence to define standards and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into technical analytics solutions.
• Develop complex data models, reports, and dashboards using DAX and Power Query.
• Optimize solution performance and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Power BI development and architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and advanced Data Modeling.
• Proven track record of establishing and leading a Power BI Center of Excellence.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and multi-source integration.
• Experience in data visualization and analytics architecture design.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Developer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
