Description

Design and implement end-to-end Power BI architecture and enterprise-level reporting solutions. Own the full development lifecycle from data import to final visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design Power BI architecture and complex data models using multidimensional and relational database design principles.
• Build and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on approved technical designs.
• Manage data preparation tasks including building Dataflows, datasets, and performing transformations via Power Query.
• Handle workspace creation, user access management, and deployment coordination.
• Execute technical development, unit testing, system testing, and integration testing for all fixes and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI architecture and development.
• Expertise in DAX for building complex calculations.
• Proficiency in SQL querying and data transformation via Power Query.
• Experience connecting to SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, and SharePoint data sources.
• Strong understanding of database fundamentals and relational database design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience with the full development lifecycle, including estimates, design walkthroughs, and sign-off processes.
