Description

You will partner with the client's internal team to deliver operational and executive-ready Power BI dashboards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for executive and operational use.
• Design semantic models using star schema best practices.
• Optimize DAX measures and tune model performance.
• Improve ETL processes using Power Query and integrate with Microsoft Fabric.
• Provide governance recommendations including RLS and workspace structure, and conduct knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI.
• Expertise in DAX development and optimization.
• Strong capability in semantic model design and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and APIs.
• Proficiency in Power Query for data transformation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric integration (Lakehouse, Warehouse).
• Experience working with data sources including Procore, ERP, and Excel.
• Ability to build clean, scalable, and maintainable data models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with governance frameworks and RLS implementation.
• Background in data engineering or ETL process improvement.
