Description

You will design and implement data architectures and reporting solutions using the Microsoft Azure stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement database structures, data marts, data stores, and data lakes.
• Establish data flow models and mappings for large volumes of data.
• Develop and optimize T-SQL objects including stored procedures, views, and indexes.
• Ensure data quality and security standards are maintained through automated unit testing.
• Manage stakeholder requirements and communicate technical solutions to customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or consultancy roles.
• Proficiency with Azure SQL, Data Factory, Data Lake, and Databricks.
• Experience with Azure Analysis Services and Azure Key Vault.
• Strong T-SQL skills with a focus on query performance tuning.
• Experience scripting with SSIS and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning products within Azure.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps release pipelines.
• Ability to model data for resource-efficient and fast-running processes.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
