Description

You will transition legacy reporting into modern Power BI solutions and lead technical design for consolidated reporting systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer Crystal Reports and Power BI reports from Asset Suite to design consolidated Power BI reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through active participation in design sessions.
• Develop, review, and approve Functional and Technical Report Design Documents.
• Direct offshore teams by clarifying user stories, removing technical roadblocks, and driving sprints to completion.
• Provide technical oversight for object development, test coverage, and package migration requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in report development and design.
• Expertise in Power BI.
• Proficiency with Crystal Reports.
• Experience working with Maximo or EAM systems.
• Ability to lead offshore development teams and manage sprint progress.
• Experience in technical documentation and design reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
