Description

You will build complex BI solutions and dashboards in Azure for P&C Insurance data sets.

Responsibilities

• Design and code high-quality Power BI dashboards and visualizations using Azure Data Services.
• Perform data analysis to derive inferences and relate findings to business KPIs.
• Participate in requirements meetings to identify gaps and drive technical solution discussions.
• Create technical design specification documentation and ensure development follows industry standards.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure solutions meet SLAs and handle large volume data sets.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in BI development.
• Deep expertise in Power BI, Data Modeling, and Visualization.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and SQL.
• Experience using Azure Data Services.
• Proven background in P&C Insurance.
• Experience working within an Agile development model.
• Ability to work independently to implement solutions with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both business stakeholders and developers.
