Description

You will deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions, from initial design and development through maintenance and performance tuning.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting and dashboard visualization requirements from business stakeholders.
• Design and develop Power BI data models and complex data transformations.
• Build dashboards utilizing drill-through, drill-down, and advanced sorting to answer business questions.
• Apply development lifecycle best practices to all reporting solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, performance tuning, and end-user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data visualization and advanced calculations.
• Expertise in DAX for aggregate, date, logical, string, and table calculations.
• Deep experience in Power BI data cleaning, modeling, and visualization.
• Proficiency in connecting Power BI to various data sources.
• Advanced knowledge of creating visualizations including Slicers, Histograms, Maps, Scatter plots, Heat Maps, and Tree maps.
• Strong SQL Server skills, preferably version 2016 or later.
• Experience configuring Power BI Gateways and data connections.
• Ability to implement Row Level Security (RLS) and dataflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BW HANA and SAP.
