Description

You will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI to provide actionable insights. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M Language).
• Integrate data from SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Implement security models, including row-level security (RLS), and govern data standards.
• Perform report performance tuning, troubleshooting, and support deployment and user training.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Report Builder.
• Advanced expertise in DAX and Power Query (M Language).
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and query optimization.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification.
• Experience in BFSI, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Financial Services domains.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and SharePoint.
