Description

You will build and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI, gathering stakeholder requirements to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models in Power BI, creating measures and calculated columns using DAX.
• Build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
• Connect to and maintain data integrity across various sources like SQL databases and cloud warehouses.
• Optimize reports for performance and implement row-level security (RLS).

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics).
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, focusing on report and dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency in DAX for complex measure creation.
• Solid SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis.
• Experience with data sources including SQL databases, SharePoint, and APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other BI tools such as SAP Business Objects or Spotfire.
• Knowledge of cloud data services like Google Cloud Platform or Azure SQL Database.
