Description

Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize reinsurance data and performance metrics. Own the full reporting lifecycle from data integration to user-facing insights.

Responsibilities

• Create data models and implement DAX calculations to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines for ongoing reporting.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Perform detailed analysis of reinsurance data, including underwriting, claims, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Strong experience with SQL and data manipulation tools.
• Expertise in data modeling and ETL processes.
• Proven ability in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Experience performing comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
• 3-5 years of corporate or IT industry experience.
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the reinsurance or insurance industry.
• Experience in financial services.
