Description

Key Responsibilities
✔ Design, develop, and maintain Power BI/Cognos dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
✔ Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into effective reporting solutions.
✔ Create complex data models, KPIs, measures, and calculated columns using DAX.
✔ Develop and optimize Power Query transformations and ETL processes.
✔ Integrate Power BI/Cognos with SQL Server, Azure, Oracle, SharePoint, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.
✔ Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and role-based access controls.
✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project teams.
✔ Monitor report performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reporting solutions.
✔ Provide production support and ensure high availability of BI solutions.
🔹 Required Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
✅ 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Power BI development.
✅ Strong expertise with:
Power BI Desktop
Power BI Service
DAX
Power Query
Advanced SQL Development
Data Modeling
Data Warehousing Concepts
✅ Experience with Azure Data Services is preferred.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Microsoft PL-300 Certification.
⭐ Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
⭐ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
⭐ Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, or Government domains.
