You will build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to drive data-driven decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Operations dashboards, reports, templates, and style guides.
• Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and translate business problems into actionable insights.
• Guide stakeholders on selecting effective visualizations to communicate data trends and patterns.
• Transfer data logic written in Java into Power Apps environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data visualization and dashboard design.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating user-friendly reports.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles applied to dashboard design.
• Ability to read and interpret data written in Java.
• Experience using Power Apps.
• Solid grasp of data visualization best practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data analysis and statistical techniques.
• Experience working within IT Operations environments and familiarity with IT Ops terminology.
